These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of optionspectrum.com, our courses, and our services (the "Platform"), operated by Option Spectrum ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use our paid services or enrol in our courses. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Our services

Option Spectrum is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN: 353665) and a provider of financial education. We distribute regulated financial products through institutional partners and offer educational courses and content. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, and we do not provide personalised investment advice or trading tips.

3. Courses & enrolment

• Course fees, inclusions, and schedules are as described at the point of enrolment.
• Access to paid courses is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. Sharing, recording, redistributing, or reselling course material is strictly prohibited.
• We may update course content, format, or schedule to improve quality.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or interfere with its operation.
• Misrepresent our content as investment advice or as a guarantee of returns.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, course material, videos, and the "Option Spectrum" name and branding — is the property of Option Spectrum or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer & risk acknowledgement

All content and courses are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; please read all scheme-related documents carefully. Derivatives trading carries a high risk of loss. 7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Option Spectrum and its founder, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on its content, or any financial decision you make. You use the Platform and act on its content at your own risk.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
