This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid courses and services purchased from Option Spectrum through optionspectrum.com. Please read it carefully before making a purchase. By enrolling in a paid course, you agree to this policy.

1. Educational courses
Our courses deliver digital educational content and/or live sessions. Because access to material and live teaching is granted shortly after purchase, refunds are limited as follows:
- Before content access / first live session: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed the course material or attended a live session.
- After accessing content or attending a session: Once you have accessed any course material, recordings, or attended a live session, the fee is non-refundable, as the educational value has been delivered.
- Live cohort cancellation by us: If we cancel a scheduled course or cohort and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that course.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email invest@optionspectrum.com from your registered email address, with your name, order/payment reference, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.
3. Refund processing
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days of approval, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing time.
- Any payment gateway charges, where applicable, may be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Non-refundable items
- Fees for courses or sessions already accessed or attended.
- Free content, community access, or promotional materials (no payment is involved).
- Any third-party charges (e.g. brokerage, platform, or AMC charges) incurred through our institutional partners — these are governed by the respective partner's policies, not by Option Spectrum.
Investments are not "purchases" from us. Money you invest in mutual funds or other financial products is invested in those products and is subject to market risk — it is not a fee paid to Option Spectrum and is not covered by this refund policy. To redeem or exit an investment, follow the redemption process of the relevant scheme/platform.
5. Changes to this policy
